@Raybi3z actually, cooking breaks down the vitamins in vegetables. humans can digest vegetables just fine. cooking only really helps to digest meat

you guys are awesome, it would be awesome if you could explain the composition of each fruit and vegetable you use, so people would now what things to mix in a recipe , according to your body needs that is, i know it’s hard but it would be a great complement to you already awesome recipes, thanx, and good luck .

do you do raw food with dehydrator every once in a while bcoz sometimes i feel like to eat something dry to absorb all the liquid of my stomache but as far as i watched you are mostly eating them like you know you just eat them.
